Volunteering
Investing in Volunteers
Investing in Volunteers is a UK quality standard that aims to improve the quality of the volunteering experience and ensure organisations acknowledge the contribution of their volunteers.
Investing in Volunteers (IiV) is a development tool with a quality framework that demonstrates best practice in volunteer involvement and management. IiV is aimed at medium to large volunteer programs, with requirements set at an achievable level.
The IiV process will support you and your organisation with the development of your volunteer program and highlight the effectiveness of your work with volunteers. This includes a full evaluation of your volunteer program, where we speak to your volunteers, staff members and board members and provide you with a full evaluation report and recommendations. Find out more about the process on the Investing in Volunteers website via the button below.
